We recently welcomed Attorney Clyde Mathes to the firm. Clyde graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Pre-Law. Following his love of public policy and government he followed his heart to a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
After graduating, Mr. Mathes worked in the health field for several year where he saw the under-representation of many in our society. This along with his desire to help lead him to Law School at Florida A&M University.
While working toward his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Mathes held a full-time position as an Admissions Mental Health Counselor at University Behavioral Center. He joined several clubs and organizations and found particular enjoyment in the Women’s Law Caucus and Stonewall groups.
He interned with Orange County Legal Aid and for Aventus Health before sitting for the bar. From there Mr. Mathes spent time at a Public Defender for the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
